Oil on board floral still life by Rudolph N. Colao (1927-2014). From Peekskill, New York, Colao was an active painter in Manhattan, Massachusetts, and Arizona. He attended the Art Students League after World War 2 and was well known for his floral still lifes like this one. Signed bottom right, measures a little under 19" by 24".
